1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are considered only under specific circumstances, as outlined below:

a) Web Design & Development Services

If a project is canceled by the client before the initial design phase begins, a partial refund may be issued.
No refunds will be issued once the website design or development process has begun and significant work has been completed.
If a client is not satisfied with the initial design concepts, revisions will be offered as per the agreed terms.

b) SEO, SMO, and Digital Marketing Services

SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and PPC services require time and effort to yield results. Due to the nature of these services, no refunds will be provided once work has commenced.
If a refund request is made before the campaign starts, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

c) Paid Advertising (Google Ads, PPC, etc.)

Payments made for ad campaigns are non-refundable as they are directly processed by third-party platforms like Google.
SEO1Ranking Technology is not responsible for refunding any amount spent on paid advertising.

2. Non-Refundable Services:

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Domain registration and hosting services.
Content writing and graphic design services.
Any third-party service costs incurred on behalf of the client.

Emergency or rush services are requested by the client.

3. Refund Request Process:

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit a Request – Email us at sales@seo1ranking.com with your order details, reason for the refund request, and supporting documentation (if applicable).
Review Process – Our team will evaluate the request within 7-10 business days and determine eligibility based on the outlined policies.
Decision Notification – You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Refund Processing – If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Modification & Termination of Services:

SEO1Ranking Technology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service if we believe there is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. Refunds in such cases will be at our sole discretion.
