Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered only under specific circumstances as outlined below.
Web Design & Development Services
- If a project is canceled by the client before the initial design phase begins, a partial refund may be issued.
- No refunds will be issued once the website design or development process has begun and significant work has been completed.
- If a client is not satisfied with the initial design concepts, revisions will be offered as per the agreed terms.
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed.
SEO, SMO & Digital Marketing Services
SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and PPC services require ongoing time and effort to produce results. Due to the nature of these services, no refunds will be provided once work has commenced.
Before Campaign Starts
If a refund request is made before the campaign starts, a partial refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative and consultation charges.
Paid Advertising
Payments made for advertising campaigns are non-refundable when funds have been directly processed through third-party advertising platforms such as Google.
SEO1Ranking Technology is not responsible for refunding amounts already spent on paid advertising campaigns.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services and costs are non-refundable:
- Domain registration and hosting services.
- Content writing and graphic design services.
- Any third-party service costs incurred on behalf of the client.
- Emergency or rush services requested by the client.
Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow the process below.
Submit a Request
Email sales@seo1ranking.com with your order details, reason for the request, and supporting documentation if applicable.
Review Process
Our team will evaluate the request within 7–10 business days and determine eligibility based on the applicable policy.
Decision & Processing
You will receive an email regarding the decision. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Modification & Termination of Services
SEO1Ranking Technology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service if we believe there is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Refunds in such cases will be determined at our sole discretion.
